NICHOLAS DIMARTINONICHOLAS DIMARTINO
Nicholas DiMartino is an Osteopath as well as a Naturopathic Physician and Ph.D. candidate in Holistic Nutrition. Nick selected the Natural Gourmet Institute because he is planning to offer lectures and cooking classes on whole foods preparation to his patients. One of his goals is to make healing with natural foods creative, fun and delicious.

PAMELA PERRYPAMELA PERRY
Pamela Perry is an account executive with a TV media group. She enrolled in our Chef’s Training Program to acquire health-supportive cooking skills that would enable her to improve her health and well-being. One of her goals is to create an establishment which will include a gourmet cafe and spa.

LINDSEY WILLIAMSLINDSEY WILLIAMS
Lindsey Williams learned the art of soul food cooking from his famous grandmother, Sylvia Woods, owner of the renowned restaurant, Sylvia’s.

A life long struggle with food addiction and obesity prompted him to drastically change his diet and lifestyle, resulting in the loss of more than half his body weight. His story is chronicled in his recently published cookbook, “Neo Soul”.

Lindsey chose the Natural Gourmet Institute to hone his culinary skills and further educate himself about the connection between food and health.

Susan Banzon is currently a Holistic Health Counselor with a background in Engineering and a passion for food and health. Susan came to the Natural Gourmet Institute because she wanted to make a transition from just talking about food to actually sharing its benefits as a personal chef.
