# 5 Cooking Whole Foods for Strong Bones (NEW CLASS)

This is the cooking class companion to Dr. Annemarie Colbin's lecture and book, Whole Foods for Strong Bones. In this class you will learn how to apply principles of nutritional balance to keep bones supple and strong while preventing bone density loss and fractures. The menu in this class uses recipes inspired from Dr. Colbin's book and provides a solid foundation for preparing whole foods that properly nourish your bones in a natural way. Salad of Beets, Walnuts and Avocado with Creamy Lemon-Ginger Dressing; Oat-Dulse Crackers; Root Vegetable Stew with White Beans and Chanterelles; Brown Rice and Millet Pilaf with Almonds and Cilantro; and Apple-Strawberry Pudding with Fresh Almond Cream and Pomegranate Reduction Sauce.
