At the Natural Gourmet, you can enjoy the company of like-minded

with varying levels of participation in an intimate setting.
People enroll in our classes to learn how to:

- Be a healthy vegetarian
- Be a healthy flexitarian*
- Use diet to prevent disease
- Heal a medical condition through diet
- Lose weight – often a by-product of a healthier diet
*a mostly vegetarian eater who is flexible enough to occasionally eat meat or fish
Different levels of class participation:
- Demonstration: students observe as instructor prepares
recipes.
- Partial Participation: students assist with some food
preparation.
- Hands-on: students cook under the guidance of instructor.
